You will receive the following items in our Standard Organic Fasting Box:
- 7 soups (contain celery and mustard) and broths à 350 – 380 ml, store in the refrigerator upon receipt!
- 5 juices à 200 – 250 ml
- 7 teas (1 x 40 g, 3 x 20 g, 2 x 10 g, 1 x 2 x 1.5 g)
- 1 Demeter honey 250 g
- 3 lemons
- 1 Glauber's salt 40 g
- 2 millet-buckwheat porridge with fruit and seeds
- 1 alkaline bath salt for 5 foot baths

The Fasting Box for first-time fasters additionally contains an irrigator.
The Fasting Box for Two contains everything included in the Standard Fasting Box in double quantities, but no irrigator.

Our fasting soups and broths are prepared fresh and seasonally. Therefore, the selection may vary. Each Fasting Box contains a total of 2 soups and 5 broths, which are put together for you according to the season.
