Discover our homemade Demeter pasta and our high-quality Demeter grains – all produced and grown by us. From vegan pasta and classic egg noodles to a variety of grains – every product is crafted with love and traditional methods in our own workshop.

What makes us special: Our egg noodles are made with eggs from dual-purpose hens of the ÖTZ (Ecological Animal Breeding) breeds Cream & Coffee, raised in our own mobile chicken coops – an ethical alternative to chick culling, as we raise the brothers alongside the hens. The grain comes from our own biodynamic farming. This results in pasta and grain products that stand out for their quality, sustainability, and authentic taste.
