Terms of Payment & Delivery

1.        Terms of Delivery

The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold only passes to the customer upon handover of the goods if the customer is a consumer. This applies regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. This only does not apply if you, as a consumer, have independently commissioned a transport company not named by us or another person designated to carry out the shipment.

Regarding shipping, we currently offer delivery via DHL. Should shipping via DHL not be possible in a particular case, we will contact you to discuss the best delivery option for both parties.

We currently only ship within Germany.

Delivery takes place within the delivery time specified in the respective item description. If no different delivery time is stated there, the delivery time is 1-3 working days. For advance payment, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.

For perishable goods, we ask you to ensure that the delivery can be received on the day of delivery.

If an ordered item is temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will inform you immediately. In this case, we will not accept your offer. Payments already made will be refunded immediately.

The applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently in the shopping cart during the ordering process.

2.        Terms of Payment

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Our current selection of payment methods includes: 

-              Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and other debit cards)

-              PayPal,

-              Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay

-              SEPA direct debit,

-              Sofortüberweisung (Klarna)

-              giropay[SM1] .

When selecting a payment service provider, their terms and conditions also apply.
