(Further information can be found in the legal notice/imprint)

The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the customer to submit an offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions specified in the item descriptions. The essential characteristics of the goods are derived from the respective product description.

If you would like to purchase goods, these are placed in the "shopping cart". You can access this shopping cart via the corresponding button (shopping cart icon) in the navigation bar. Changes can be made there at any time.

As soon as you access the "checkout" button, you can enter your personal data. Here, the available payment methods, shipping costs, and delivery times will be displayed during the ordering process and thus immediately before submitting the order. Further details on payment and shipping terms can be found via the "Payment and Shipping" button in the footer of our online shop.

Subsequently, the order data will be displayed in an overview. Before finally submitting the order, the information in the order overview can be checked, changed, or the order can be cancelled (e.g., via the browser's "back" function).

As soon as you click the "Place Order with Obligation to Pay" button, you are submitting the order and making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.  The contract is concluded when we accept this offer, for example by order confirmation via email or by delivery of the goods.

The ordering and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract are carried out by email and partially automated. Please check whether the email address you provided is correct and that reception is technically guaranteed and not blocked by spam filters. Statutory claims remain unaffected if emails are not received for reasons beyond your control.

2.        Storage of the Contract Text

We store the contract text internally.

For security reasons, this is not directly retrievable via the internet.

However, you will receive the order data via email and can save or print it.

3.        Cold Chain and Packaging

Some products are delivered chilled. The essential characteristics are derived from the respective product descriptions in our online shop. The cold chain is maintained. We select suitable packaging for each case that guarantees the cold chain for the planned shipping duration.

We deliver fresh goods, with a use-by or best-before date indicated on the product.

No deposit is charged on our packaging within the meaning of the Packaging Act. We use exclusively system-participating packaging. The packaging can be disposed of via standard municipal collection systems.

We are registered with the Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register (LUCID) in accordance with the statutory requirements under Section 9 of the Packaging Act (VerpackG).

4.        Warranty Rights

Statutory warranty rights exist for all goods.

5.        Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in Euros.

The prices published on the website at the time of the order apply. All stated prices include statutory VAT and are final prices.

For weight-dependent items, the basic price is also stated.

The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart.

6.         (No) Online Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
